Alzheimer's Society

Santa's Headline Charity of the Year!

The Alzheimer's Society is the UK's leading care and research charity for people with dementia and those who care for them. It provides information and support, runs quality care services, funds research, advises professionals and campaigns for improved health and social care and greater public understanding and awareness of dementia.

Magic Breakfast

Magic Breakfast aims to ensure that no child is too hungry to learn through the provision of healthy breakfast food and expert support to schools. A hungry child cannot concentrate so will miss out on half a day of lessons, every day, if not given anything to eat.

We support schools with 35% or more pupils eligible for free school meals, or with 50% Ever 6 FSM, delivering nutritious food and bespoke advice on the optimum way to reach every malnourished and vulnerable child.

Imperial Health Charity

Imperial Health Charity helps our hospitals do more through grants, arts, volunteering and fundraising. We fund major redevelopments, clinical research and medical equipment as well as helping patients and their families at times of extreme financial difficulty.

We provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. We campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.

Because of Mind, millions more people have access to advice and support thanks to our information and services nationally and locally, in England and Wales. We’re building on change, but we know there is much more to do.

Teenage Cancer Trust

Around seven young people aged between 13 and 24 are diagnosed with cancer every day in the UK. They need expert treatment and support from the moment they hear the word ‘cancer.’ We’re the only charity dedicated to making this happen.

We create world-class cancer services for young people in the UK, providing life-changing care and support so young people don’t have to face cancer alone.

St Joseph's Hospice

Based in Hackney, St Joseph’s Hospice was founded in 1905 and since then has been caring for and supporting people affected by serious illness.

We try to improve the quality of life for people with life-limiting conditions and help them live life to the full, to the very end.

We care for over 2100 patients every year across 8 London boroughs, as well as supporting families and carers. Running for St Joseph’s Hospice allows us to continue the vital work we do.

UK Sepsis Trust

Our team seeks to save lives and improve outcomes for survivors of sepsis by instigating political change, educating healthcare professionals, raising public awareness and providing support for those affected by this devastating condition.

Independent Age

This Christmas more than 1 million older people will say they are often or always lonely. That’s why, as well as offering regular friendly contact and a strong campaigning voice, Independent Age can provide you and your family with clear, free and impartial advice on the issues that matter

MS Trust

The MS Trust is a UK charity that believes that no one should have to manage MS alone. We provide trusted information to help people with MS live the best life possible; train and educate MS health professionals to offer the best care and fund MS nurses in the areas of greatest need.
